Because hot presses generally require fast opening and closing speeds and accept impact pressure, the cylinder block needs to choose higher-strength materials. Regarding general small diameter and long stroke hydraulic cylinders, seamless thick-walled steel pipes can be selected for production. For some demanding cylinder bodies, casting or casting cylinders can be selected.
Generally, the working table of the hot press used for wood processing and furniture production is large. In order to make the pressure distribution uniform and the rationality of the structural placement, the multi-cylinder structure is mostly used.
