1.Rationally adjust the speed of gluing machine. In use, the speed of glue roller should be adjusted according to the type of glue and the thickness of veneer. Generally, the speed of glue coating with higher viscosity should be slower in order to avoid uneven glue coating on veneer surface and faster glue coating on thin veneer.
2.Reasonably adjust the pressure of the rubber roller on veneer. When veneer is coated with glue, the proper pressure from the glue roller is beneficial to the uniformity of the glue layer on the veneer surface, but for veneer with different thickness, the pressure exerted by the glue roller should be different. For thin veneers, the pressure of rubber rollers on veneers should be lower to prevent veneers from crushing. When the speed of gluing is high, the pressure of the gluing roll on the veneer should be reduced.
3.Reasonably adjust the gap between extrusion roll and coating roll. There is a speed difference between extrusion roll and coating roll, which can scrape the excess glue on the surface of coating roll and control the glue amount. But the clearance between the two should be adjusted according to the different types of rubber. The clearance of the viscous glue should be increased, and the clearance of the viscous glue should be reduced to prevent the leakage of glue from the clearance.
4.Reasonable control of rubber content in rubber tank. The amount of glue in the rubber groove has a certain influence on the amount of glue adhering to the surface of the coated roll. Usually the glue amount in the rubber groove should make the groove of the lower coated roll with good glue. Too little glue in the rubber tank will reduce the amount of glue adhering to the surface of the roller, resulting in uneven distribution of the glue layer on the surface of the veneer or leakage of the coating; too much glue will cause too much glue on the surface of the roller, resulting in waste of glue. The groove between the top extruding roll and the top extruding roll is used to store the glue liquid for the glue coating machine with the top extruding roll. The glue quantity in the groove should be reasonably controlled by adjusting the glue transporting amount.
