The pipeline pressure is high, and the steam is easy to condense into water, which causes uneven temperature on the board surface. , High heating temperature, simple control, and other characteristics, but the power consumption is large, the working cost is high, there are shortcomings such as the resistance wire is not easy to replace in the specific application.

Therefore, when the single-sided hot pressing machine is used in the furniture industry, when the hot pressing temperature is generally not high, the hot water circulation furnace can also achieve satisfactory results, and the fixed investment and working cost are very low. The hot pressing plate of the single-sided hot pressing machine is generally made of a whole constrained steel plate by deep hole drilling, which can prevent oil leakage caused by poor sealing.

The hot pressing plate of the single-sided hot pressing machine has high rigidity and strength, but the hot pressing plate is thick and heavy; due to the general choice of thin plate method, due to stress during welding and processing, high processing accuracy is required. The hot platen is thin and easy to preheat and control the temperature, but the requirements for the processed parts are high. The uneven thickness of the workpiece will cause the platen to deform and affect the subsequent processing quality.

When the single-sided hot pressing machine is processed, the flatness of the hot pressing plate and the upper and lower surfaces should be sufficiently parallel. The flatness tolerance of the hot pressing plate should be in the range of 0.1-0.18mm, and the parallelism tolerance should be in the range of 0.15- Within the range of 027mm, the surface roughness of the platen is 3.2μm. The temperature difference across the entire width of the hot-pressed plate should not exceed 2-3 ℃, so as not to affect the strength and appearance quality of the product.

The connecting pipeline of the hot pressing plate of the single-sided hot pressing machine is basically a hose, which makes the connection very convenient. Both metal hoses and Teflon hoses can be connected with flanges. Teflon hoses are better than metal hoses in resisting fatigue. Gasket materials such as Teflon and coiled graphite have a better sealing effect.
