The movement of mechanical parts such as hydraulic parts, valve sleeves, valve bodies, etc. constantly generates friction during use, which causes the size and surface quality of the parts to change, and the quality decreases and fails. Worn or deformed solenoid valve spools will cause leakage in the valve and reduce efficiency. At the same time, due to wear, the metal on the surface of the parts will fall off, increasing the number of impurities in the hydraulic system and increasing the degree of wear.
The hydraulic oil is mixed with too much moisture or acidic substances. After long-term use, it will corrode the surface of the relevant parts in the hydraulic valve, making the accuracy and sealing effect of the parts invalid.
Under long-term alternating load work, the spring in the hydraulic valve will cause other damages such as spring softening due to fatigue, fatigue, and cracks in the seat. If the spring of the directional valve is too soft or short, it will affect the working position and normal reset of the spool, making the system unable to work normally.
