Poor lubrication or deviation in production and processing of hydraulic cylinder diameter
Due to the relative speeds of the piston rod and the cylinder liner, the slide rail and the hydraulic cylinder, if the lubrication is not good or the production diameter of the hydraulic cylinder deviates from production and processing, the damage will be aggravated, and the cylinder liner axis will be reduced linearly in parallel. That way, when the piston rod is working in the hydraulic cylinder, the friction will be larger and smaller, causing load or crawling. The clearing method is to sharpen the hydraulic cylinder first and then configure the piston rod according to the rules of mutual cooperation. The sharpening hydraulic cylinder is equipped with a guiding sleeve.
Stagnation inside the hydraulic cylinder
The internal assembly line of the hydraulic cylinder is poor, the parts are deformed, damaged, or the dimensional tolerance is exceeded, and the posture friction resistance is too large, which causes the speed of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder to change with the different arrangements of the stroke, and loads or crawls. Most of the reasons are due to the poor quality of the assembly line of the parts, and the surface has iron pins caused by scars or calcination, which increases the frictional resistance and reduces the rate. The solution is to repair or adjust again, remove damaged parts and eliminate iron pins.
When the hydraulic oil pump or hydraulic oil cylinder enters the gas, the countermeasure is to check the hydraulic oil pump, set a professional gas-water separator, and quickly and practically operate the full stroke to arrange the exhaust pipe back and forth multiple times.
Common faults of speed regulating valve
First, check whether adjusting the working pressure is too low. Fully open the speed regulating valve, start the hydraulic oil pump, put the hydraulic directional valve A in the left position, slowly tighten the pressure regulating handle of the speed regulating valve, and check the air pressure gauge. Change.
Regardless of how the pressure-variable handle is tightened, the larger working pressure indicated by the barometer is only 6 MPa, and the pump pressure of 21 MPa cannot be achieved, indicating that the working pressure cannot be raised. If the working pressure of the speed regulating valve is not high, it will be a common failure of the speed regulating valve, and it will be for other reasons.
In order to prevent accidentally disassembling the speed control valve that meets the standard, the speed control valve is to be removed, the same reserved speed control valve is replaced, and the whole process of the inspection is repeated, and it is found that the larger adjustment working pressure is still only 6MPa. It is not difficult to see that there is no problem with the speed regulating valve.
