Operating conditions of constant temperature hot press

The normal operation of the constant temperature hot pressing machine needs to be satisfied with the following conditions. The power voltage of the machine location is not firmly small, the ambient temperature is less than 30 degrees Celsius, and the relative humidity is less than 80%.

The orientation of the machine should be far away from the vibration source, the direct sunlight and the influence of heat radiation should be prevented, and the influence of humidity and airflow should be prevented. If there is a vibration source near the machine tool, anti-vibration grooves should be set around the machine tool. Otherwise, it will directly affect the processing accuracy and stability of the machine and will cause poor contact of the electronic components, causing disadvantages and affecting the reliability of the machine. It is better to use a class 10,000 clean room with no vibration source nearby.
