What structure does a vacuum hot press consist of?

Vacuum hot press is a kind of machine capable of hot pressing. It is a cycle operation type, widely used in hard alloy, functional ceramics, powder metallurgy, etc. for hot pressing and sintering under high temperature and high vacuum conditions. Protected by hot-pressing. So what structure does the vacuum hot press consist of? Let's take a look.

The structure of the vacuum hot press:

1. The furnace body is a vertical furnace shell. The inner layer is a cylinder made of stainless steel and the outer layer is carbon steel.

2.Vacuum system: oil diffusion pump, roots pump, mechanical pump with electromagnetic pressure difference valve (prevention of sudden power outage, mechanical pump oil backfilling) inflation valve, air release valve, vacuum butterfly valve, vacuum pressure gauge (± Pa) ripple Tube, vacuum line and bracket.

3.Hydraulic system: adopt electric input method. The hydraulic station is equipped with an imported proportional valve, a pressure sensor, and a displacement display using a grating ruler (ranging accuracy of 0.02mm). The instrument can be set to automatically adjust the pressure and can achieve voltage stabilization and pressure maintenance.

4. Water cooling system: It is composed of the various valve and pipe related devices and is equipped with water and sound and light alarm to automatically cut off the heating source or function.

5. The temperature control system adopts silicon controlled temperature control, equipped with a PID function instrument, digital display meter, over-temperature sound, and light alarm function, can also use PLC touch screen automatic control, and retain historical data to facilitate analysis of sintering process.

6. Inflation system: It is composed of various pipes and valves, and is equipped with an electromagnetic bleed valve and pressure sensor. When the pressure in the furnace is higher than the safe value, it will automatically deflate.

The above is the composition of the vacuum hot press.
