Working principle of cold press

Cold press, that is cold and dry compressor. The amount of water vapor in the compressed air is determined by the temperature of the compressed air: In the case of keeping the pressure of the compressed air substantially unchanged, reducing the temperature of the compressed air can reduce the water vapor content in the compressed air, and the excess water vapor will condense into a liquid. Cold dryer (freeze dryer) uses this principle to dry compressed air using refrigeration technology.

Therefore, the cold-dryer (freeze dryer) has a refrigeration system. In the refrigeration system of the cold and dry machine, the evaporator is a device that transports cold energy, and the refrigerant absorbs the heat of the compressed air therein to achieve the purpose of dehydration and drying. The compressor is the heart and plays the role of sucking, compressing, and transmitting refrigerant vapor. The condenser is a device that releases heat and transfers the heat absorbed in the evaporator to the cooling medium (such as water or air) with the heat converted by the input power of the compressor. The expansion valve/throttle valve restricts and reduces the pressure of the refrigerant, controls and adjusts the quantity of the refrigerant liquid flowing into the evaporator, and divides the system into two parts, the high-pressure side and the low-pressure side. In addition to the above-mentioned components, the SSS chiller also includes components such as energy regulating valves, high and low-pressure protectors, automatic blowdown valves, and control systems.
